Toupret's Match Ready Bundle with Fix Radio

Toupret has partnered with Fix Radio, sponsoring the nationwide DAB-broadcast station's 60 second sports bulletins at the top of the hour, airing 13 times a day, as well as the Friday Sports Kick Off Show, presented by Andy Hodgson.

Listeners will be familiar with Toupret on the airwaves, having sponsored Fix Radio's Breakfast Show in 2022 and embarking upon a UK roadshow, running from late March to July. And the sports news sponsorship deal also included a new spin on Toupret's Holdout Challenge, popular throughout the tour, which challenged tradespeople to hold out two 5kg bags of Toupret's famous Joint, Skim & Fill for 40 seconds, in order to win a prize.

This time, it was the turn of the Fix Radio presenters, each taking on the challenge to hold out for as long as possible. Their attempts were captured on social media and the timings noted down and kept secret.

The Ultimate Match Ready Bundle

Over 4 weeks, listeners were able to guess which Fix Radio presenter achieved the longest time in the Holdout Challenge, on a special competition webpage, with the victor being anounced on air at the end of the 4 weeks. 

All listeners who guessed correctly went into a draw, with the overall winner getting hold of the ultimate Match Ready bundle worth £1,000, so they can watch their favourite sporting events from the comfort of their living room with a Samsung 50” 4K TV and Sonos Ray soundbar as well as a Brewdog mixed beer delivery and a Just Eat gift card for getting the Take-away in.
